Lost here with my depression..
All alone. no one is home..
Im lost in my depression..
You kind words and gentle thoughts..

I hear them but they are so lost..
Lost inside my depression..
I have pushed every one away.
wondering why do i have to say here.

Lost in my depression..
My mind races with all these thoughts..
Thought of pain thoughts of lost.
Im lost in my depression..

All the therapy dose not help.
I sit and roll my eyes.
Do i really need your help..
What can you make me see.

Depression is all there is to me..
It has taken over me.it consumes me..
depression is me..
My depression is all i have she is all i need
